Brief introduction

SMT specific nitrogen production equipment is a specialized nitrogen supply device developed by GASPU Company based on general nitrogen production equipment and combined with the characteristics of lead-free welding technology in the SMT industry. Its purity is generally between 99.99% and 99.999%. The nitrogen flow rate required for each welding furnace is generally 20-60Nm3/hr (special specifications are calculated based on actual flow rate), with a dew point of -40 ℃ to -60 ℃ and a nitrogen pressure of about 0.5-0.6MPa. The SMT specialized nitrogen production equipment has stable performance, simple operation, easy maintenance, small footprint, beautiful appearance, and effectively reduces the cost of use for many users.

Application

Nitrogen filled reflow soldering and wave soldering can effectively suppress the oxidation of solder, improve welding wettability, accelerate wetting speed, reduce the generation of solder balls, avoid bridging, reduce welding defects, and achieve good welding quality. Use nitrogen with a purity greater than 99.99% or 99.999%.
